Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  But we do have a few guidelines that we have to follow…

Returns:

Returns are possible for 14-days from tracked delivery of your purchase.  If you return 2 or more items, there will be a 20% restocking charge deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the brand-new condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and unwashed, free of cologne, smoke, or other scents, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return:  Please e-mail support@outfitized.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item and size that you wish to return.

We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA), and instructions for shipping your return to us.  Please DO NOT send your return item to the address on your item package that you received it in - that address goes to our manufacturing partner's shipping hub and will not make its way to us and instead be donated to charity and no refund can be given.

Please send your return using a trackable shipping method (USPS Priority Tracked, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive to us.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs of returning your item. Also please note that any shipping charges originally paid by you (in the case of paid for or upgraded your shipping) will not be refunded.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the status of your refund.  Once complete, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.  Please remember it can also take up to 72 hours for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@outfitized.com so that we may investigate.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for 14 calendar days from tracked purchase delivery.  A one-time exchange may be made for a different size of the exact same item originally ordered.  A 20% surcharge will apply if you exchange 3 or more items.

To request an exchange: please send an e-mail to support@outfitized.com and include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The item and size you wish to exchange / send back to us.
  3. The new size that you would like to receive.

We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA), and instructions for shipping your exchange return to us.  Please DO NOT send your exchange item to the address on your item package that you received it in - that address goes to our manufacturing partner's shipping hub and will not make its way to us and instead be donated to charity and no exchange or refund can be given.

To speed things up and reduce your wait, we will offer to cross-ship your exchange at no-charge in that we will immediately order your replacement size from our supplier upon your exchange request (before your exchange has arrived back to us).  You will receive this offer along with your Return Authorization to which you may reply and accept these terms: If for any reason you fail to return the original item to be exchanged within 14 days, or your returned item has been used, washed, or is otherwise non-new or non-resalable, you agree that you will be charged the full price for the new replacement size/item that has been ordered and no refund will be given on the original item.

 

Missing or Damaged / Defective Items

In the unlikely event that something arrives in poor condition, we will happily exchange it for the same item at no charge. Please document the damage by taking a photo or an unboxing video as we must submit proof to our production partner in order to request your replacement.  If you have not received all items from your order, please note that multiple items often ship out individually, and may be arriving soon.  If the standard shipping timeframe has passed and you still have not receive, please contact us at support@outfitized.com with your item number, size and any pertinent information on the item that is missing so that we may investigate and track.


European Union 14 day cooling off period.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll must also need to provide your order number to request your return by e-mailing support@outfitized.com.  We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA), and instructions for shipping your return to us.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping your returned item(s) using a trackable shipping method.  Your refund cannot be issued until your return is received.
