Shipping policy

Shipping Costs*
- Receive FREE US/Domestic economy shipping on all orders totaling $100 or more (excluding taxes and after any discounts) to most locations in the continental US.
- US Orders below $100 are charged a flat shipping rate of $6.99.
- EU International Orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $8.99 USD.
- Rest of World & non-continental US state/territory Orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $10.99 USD.
Order Processing Times
Your item is made to order, so expect a processing time of between 2-6 business days. We will send you an e-mail with a tracking number once your item ships.
During peak times (like Black Friday and Christmas) order processing can be extended up to 7 additional business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. During busy times, we will list recommended cut-offs for orders during the holiday season so you can get things on time.
Shipping Times
Once processed, your order will ship. Depending on the item ordered, our manufacturing partners ship from Asia, US, or the EU. Shipping times can vary widely depending on your location, but these are guidelines:
- Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 4 to 14 business days.
- Orders shipping internationally and all non-US locations will arrive within 7 to 21 business days.
Sales Taxes
We collect sales tax for orders shipped to the State of California. Tax will be calculated at check-out based on your shipping address.
We do not currently collect international VAT, customs or duty fees. You will be responsible for paying these charges at delivery (if any).
Returns and Exchanges
Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 14 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Returns or exchanges of 2 or more items are subject to a 20% restocking fee/surcharge. Refunds will not include any paid shipping costs and will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For all returns or exchanges:
- Item must be in brand new condition.
- Must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
- Must not have scent of cologne, smoke, deodorant, etc.
- All original tags must be attached.

Order Cancellation
Because your submitted order is directly and immediately transmitted to our production partner, changes and cancellations are not possible once you have placed the order. If you find that you need to return an item, please see our return policy above.
Lost Orders
Should your order be identified as lost by the shipping carrier, we will re-order your item(s) and offer a gift card for future purchases for the inconvenience.
If your order has been tracked as "delivered" and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to trace your shipment as we cannot be responsible orders that have been tracked as delivered.
Missing or Damaged / Defective Items
In the unlikely event that something arrives in poor condition, please document the damage by taking a photo or unboxing video as we must submit proof to our production partner in order to request your replacement. If you have not received all items from your order, please note that multiple items often ship out individually, and may be arriving soon. If the standard shipping timeframe has passed and you still have not receive, please contact us at support@outfitized.com with your item number and information on the item that is missing so that we may investigate and track.
