Returns and Exchanges
Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 14 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Returns or exchanges of 2 or more items are subject to a 20% restocking fee/surcharge. Refunds will not include any paid shipping costs and will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
For all returns or exchanges:
- Item must be in brand new condition.
- Must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
- Cannot smell of smoke, cologne or other scents.
- All original tags must be attached.

How can I speed up my Order?
- We chose quality over speed, and we think you'll be happy in the end!
- We quote the outside estimates for production and shipping times given to us by our manufacturing partners and it sounds like forever! In reality, we typically see U.S. orders processed in 3 business days followed by 4 to 7 days for delivery.
- If you're ordering for a gift, be sure to leave plenty of time for arrival.
Can I get my shipping Expedited?
At this time, it is not possible to upgrade shipping to a faster method. We are working with our manufacturing partners to see how we may offer this in the future.
How do I cancel my order or make changes?
Because your submitted order is directly and immediately transmitted to our production partner, changes and cancellations are not possible once you have placed the order. If you find that you need to return an item, please see our return policy.
Do you collect Sales Tax or VAT?
We collect sales tax for orders shipped to the State of California. Tax will be calculated at check-out based on your shipping address.
We do not currently collect international VAT, customs or duty fees. You will be responsible for paying these charges at delivery (if any).
